Shipping policy
- Once an order has been received and confirmed, no changes to the specified address and/or delivery option will be accepted, unless specifically acknowledged as being accepted by us.
- After payment has been received, your order has been put into production and has been packed and a collection has been scheduled, the customer will receive a tracking code, which they can use to track the delivery. Please note: The order you place on our website (pedestrianclo.com) is a pre-order. This means garments will only be made up once payment has been received. Production takes 7 - 10 working days.
- Customers are required to provide their physical address for delivery and contact details before completing their purchase. Products will be delivered to the physical address specified by the customer.
- You will be notified once items have been shipped. No P.O Box addresses will be allowed as each delivery requires a signature of receipt.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that someone is available to receive the order once it has reached the delivery address.
- Orders will be delivered between 8:00 -17:00 on weekdays.
- Delivery fee is a flat rate of R100.
- Without considering or being affected by external factors, local orders within South Africa will be delivered to the customer within 1-10 days (normally 1-3 working days). Remote outlying/regional areas may take longer than 3 days.
- We currently only deliver within South Africa.
